Events from External Calendars Are Not Syncing
- Automatic syncing is not possible on shared calendars; it is only available on the "Home Calendar or All Calendars" screen.
- Please check if the events you want to display in TimeTree are properly displayed in your OS calendar.
- TimeTree can only display events entered into your own calendar.
- If you are syncing with a work calendar, for example, restrictions on that side may prevent events from appearing in "Home Calendar or All Calendars."

External Calendars Are Not Listed
Settings 1 and 2 are required. Display names, etc., may differ depending on your OS version and device.
- Set up syncing other calendars with the default calendar app
- iOS: Device Settings app > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account
- Android: Device Settings app > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account
- Allow TimeTree to access the default calendar
- iOS: Device Settings app > TimeTree > Calendar* > Allow Full Access
- Android: Device Settings app > Apps > TimeTree > Permissions > Calendar/ON *
*If the "Calendar" item does not appear:
- Tap the calendar icon at the bottom left of the screen
- Tap the toggle icon at the top right of the screen
- Tap "Select Display Filters"
- Tap "Allow Access" in the external calendars section
- Allow access to external calendars in your device settings
