How to check if you are already registered

Follow the steps below if you are unsure whether you have already registered or want to check your account details.

How to check

iOS/Android

  1. Tap the image icon in the upper left corner
    • If you have already registered an account and logged in, your email address will be under your name.
    • If there is no email address, please register by editing the profile
  2. Tap the profile icon in the upper part of the screen
  3. Check if your account has been registered
    • Your account has been registered if: 
      • Your email address is visible
      • Facebook account is visible
      • or Apple ID is visible 
    • If the account is not registered:
      • Press the "Identity Verification" button in the email you received from us to complete the registration
    • If the account is not verified
      • Press the "Identity Verification" button in the email you received from us to complete the registration

  2. Click "Account Settings"
