I can't install or update TimeTree

How to fix

• If you're having trouble loading the store page or downloading the TimeTree app from the App Store or Google Play Store, the problem may be due to technical difficulties
  • Please check if the OS of your device is a supported version: Supported version (OS/app version)
• If you can't download or update due to a problem with the app store, please try restarting your device

iOS

• If the "Update" tab is not visible on AppStore, swipe the screen from top to bottom to load it

Android

• Delete the "cache" and "data" of the GooglePlay Store app
