How to check
1. From the "Activity" tab
- Tap the image icon in the upper left corner
- Select the calendar you wish to view
- Tap the "Activity" tab below the calendar view
- Member's latest accessed time is displayed below each member at the top of the screen
- The last accessed time will be updated when the “All Calendars” view is opened (if the calendar is included in the view)
2. On the monthly calendar view
When switching calendars, if another member accessed the calendar after the last time you accessed it, a user icon and the message “XX checked calendar N hours ago” will be displayed from the bottom of the calendar.
- The last online time is not displayed from below when the "All Calendars" view is opened
Please note

"Last checked time" cannot be turned off.

If there is no activity from a user for more than 7 days, the timestamp will disappear
- The last accessed time is recorded when the calendar is opened, so it does not necessarily mean the other person is checking their events. Please use the time as an indication of the other person's status.
