If you are not getting notifications/reminders from your calendar(s), please check to see if the following settings are turned on.
iPhone
1. Enable notifications/reminders from iOS settings

- Tap phone "Settings"
- Tap "Notifications" and select TimeTree
- Ensure Timetree is set to enabled
2. Enable notifications/reminders from TimeTree app

- From any calendar within TimeTree, tap the three parallel horizontal lines in the upper left corner
- Tap "App Settings" button in upper right corner ⚙
- Set "App notifications" to the "on" position.
- Enable notifications/reminders from a specific calendar
3. Enable notifications/reminders from a specific calendar
- Select chosen calendar to enable/disable reminders from
- Tap the "Settings" tab at the bottom right corner
- Tap the "Customize" tab
- Set "Receive Notifications from the Calendar" to the "on" position
Android
1. Enable notifications/reminders from OS settings.
- Navigate to Settings on your Android
- Tap "Apps and Notifications"
- Tap "Notifications"
- Locate TimeTree and ensure the switch is in the "on" position
2. Enable notifications/reminders from TimeTree app
- Tap the three parallel horizontal lines in the upper left corner
- Tap "App Settings" button in upper right corner ⚙
- Make sure the switches under "Notification Settings" are on.
3. Enable notifications/reminders from a specific calendar
- Select chosen calendar to enable/disable reminders from
- Tap the "Settings" tab in the bottom right of the screen
- Tap the "Customize" Tab
- Ensure "Receive notifications from the Calendar" is switched on
Should the above suggestions not solve the problem, please follow the steps below.
1. Reinstall the TimeTree app and re-login
2. Deactivate battery saver on OS settings
If you are using system tools like Battery Saver, please deactivate these tools temporarily. Navigate to your system settings and disable any battery-saving option from your Battery and Performance settings.
3. Enable notifications/reminders from OS sound and notification screen
Android devices require a sound to be selected for push notifications.
To verify that sound has been selected for push notifications:
- Navigate to Settings on your Android device
- Tap "Sound and Notification"
- Confirm that you have a sound selected for notifications.
