If you're having trouble updating events,try the troubleshooting steps below.
There are 4 total steps, but you might solve your problem before the end.
・check the calendar you/members entered.
Since many users create multiple calendars, there is a case that you/members entered an event into different calendar.
-Tap four parallel horizontal lines on the upper left corner of calendar.
-Tap the shared calendar and make sure that you/members entered an event into the shared calendar.
・Refresh calendar data
iOS:Tap four parallel horizontal lines on the upper left corner. Tap the same calendar.
Android: Close TimeTree app on back button of your Android phone and reopen it.
・Confirm App version
If you or members are using ver2.0.0, the data can not be inputted. Confirm App version and update the latest version.
・Log out and Log in
If you get an error notification after you added an event,the error notification might come up due to the past error.To delete this notification. please follow below steps.
Tap four parallel horizontal lines on the upper left corner.
Tap the circle icon on the upper left corner.
Tap "Log out" and "Log in".
