If you schedule to post an event in advance, you don't need to worry about missing a post. Also, saving events to drafts helps with double-checking!
1. How to create a scheduled post
iOS/Android
App Version 15.0.0 or later
- Tap the list icon, the second from the left in the bottom menu
- Select the public calendar you manage from the calendar list
- Open the event creation screen by tapping the "+" mark at the bottom right
- Turn on "Scheduled Post" under the date
- Set the date and time you want to publish

Enter the event information and tap "Schedule" at the top right

- Tap the image next to the year and month at the top left
- Select the public calendar you manage from the calendar list
- Open the event creation screen by tapping the "+" mark at the bottom right
- Turn on "Scheduled Post" under the date
- Set the date and time you want to publish
- Enter the event information and tap "Schedule" at the top right

- Open the public calendar you manage from the calendar list on the left side of the screen
- Click "Create" at the top right of the screen
- Turn on "Scheduled Post" under the date
- Set the date and time you want to publish
- Click "Schedule" at the top right
2. How to schedule post deletion
Web
- Open the public calendar you manage from the calendar list on the left side of the screen
- Click "Create" at the top right of the screen
- Enter the event information and turn on "Scheduled Deletion" under "Scheduled Post"
- Set the date and time you want to delete
- Click "Publish" at the top right
3. How to create a draft
Web
- Open the public calendar you manage from the calendar list on the left side of the screen
- Click "Create" at the top right of the screen
- Fill in the required information and click "Save as Draft" at the top right
Notes
- Creating or editing scheduled events and drafts is available only on the web version.
