Getting Started
- Each event has its time zone. By default, the date and time of all events are based on the device's date and time settings.
- If you move to an area in a different time zone, the time displayed will change
- For example
- In London: June 10, 2023, 19:00 - 20:00 Dinner (Home time zone)
- In New York: June 10, 2023, 14:00-15:00 Dinner (Destination time zone)
- For example
- Time zones cannot be displayed or edited from the Web version, please use the mobile app
About time zones
- Changing the time zone of events is most useful when planning business trips or overseas vacations
- It is also useful when sharing events with people in different time zones
- Each specific event within a calendar will need to be edited individually
- If you have issues with DST/Summertime:
- Make sure your device is set to the correct time zone
- For example, if your device is set to Mountain Time in Denver/Colorado and not Mountain Time in Phoenix/Arizona, Daylight Saving Time will affect your calendar events
