How to customize events (Labels and Colors)

What you can do

1. Change event label color
   1. Click here to change the holiday label color
   2. Click here to change your birthday color
   3. Click here to change the color of External calendar events
2. Change the label color title
3. Change the label color order
4. Change an existing label color to another color

What you can’t do

1. Add more colors, add more than 10 labels

Colors in the calendar view

• All-day events without starting and ending time, events that cross over to the next day: "Dark background + white text"
• Events that have an ending and starting time: "Pale background + colored text"

How to

1. Change the event label color

iOS/Android/Web

1. Select the label option from the event details screen
2. From the [Choose Event Color] screen, select the intended label and press confirm

2. Change the color label title

iOS/Android

1. Select the label option from the event details screen
2. Select [Event Label Management]
3. Tap and enter the intended title of a label

3. Change the color label order

iOS/Android

1. Select the label option from the event details screen
2. Select  [Event Label Management]
3. Change the order of labels by pressing, holding, and sliding the icon on the right side of the labels

4. Change the label color palette

iOS/Android

1. Select the label option from the event details screen
2. Select [Event Label Management]
3. Tap the colored circle on the left side of each color
4. Select intended color
