You can change your email address if you know your account password. You can also change your password if you can receive emails from TimeTree.
iOS / Android
A. Logged in
- Go to the Main Menu by tapping the image icon in the upper left corner
- Tap your profile icon on the top of the screen
- Select "Change email address" or "Change Password"
B. Not logged in
- Tap "Forgot password" from the login screen and follow the instructions
- If you wish to change your email address, please contact us
Web
A. Logged in
- Click your profile icon at the top right corner of the screen
- Click the cog wheel icon for settings
- Select "Account Settings"
- Click "Edit" next to the email address or password and follow the instructions
B. Not logged in
- Tap "Forgot password" from the login screen and follow the instructions
