In the web version, "loading" is constantly displayed

If the Web and PC version is constantly displaying the "Loading" message, please try the following:

1. Please log out of the calendar (click icon on the top right corner ⇒ click on 3 points ⇒ choose "Log Out". Then log back in.

2. [If not solved 1.] Please empty the browser cache and turn off all plug-ins (like ad-block) that might be preventing access of the page

3. [If not solved 2.] Open the web calendar in incognito mode.

If you access your web calendar in incognito mode, security settings and plug-ins in the browser may be affected. If the problem can not be solved even with "3", it is possible that web access is restricted by an antivirus software.
