The following calendars are available on the TimeTree app.
- iOS native calendar
- Android native calendar
- External calendars (Google Calendar, etc.) that are synced with the native calendar

What cannot be done
- You cannot export events from TimeTree
- Events on TimeTree cannot be automatically reflected in external calendars
- You need to copy each event one by one
- You cannot use other calendars on the web version
Pre-Setup
Settings 1 and 2 are required. Display names may vary depending on OS version and device.
1. Set up syncing of external calendars to the native calendar
- iOS: Device Settings app > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account
- Android: Device Settings app > "Accounts & Sync" or "Passwords & Accounts" > Add Account
2. Allow TimeTree to access the native calendar
- iOS: Device Settings app > TimeTree > Calendar / ON*
(For iOS 17, allow full access permission for Calendar) - Android: Device Settings app > Apps > TimeTree > Permissions > Calendar / ON *
*If the "Calendar" option does not appear
- Tap the toggle icon at the top right of the screen
- Tap "Add Filters / Select Filters to Display" at the bottom of the screen
- Tap "Allow Access"
- When the external calendar permission dialog appears, grant permission
