What are albums?
A feature for sharing and saving photos on a shared calendar and preserving memories with calendar members.
- Albums can only be used on the mobile app and web version individual calendars
- Not available on the "All calendars" view
- Albums are shared with all calendar members and all members can add photos
How to
iOS / Android
Add photos
App version 15.0.0 or later
- Tap the list icon, second from the left in the bottom menu
- Select the shared calendar from "Calendar List"
- Tap "Album" below the monthly calendar
- Tap "Add" at the bottom
App version earlier than 15.0.0
- Tap the image next to the year and month at the top left
- Select the shared calendar from "Calendar List"
- Tap "Album" below the monthly calendar
- Tap "Add" at the bottom
Delete photos
- On the "Album" tap the image you want to delete
- Tap "◯◯◯" at the top right and then tap Delete
Check the calendar for the month the photo was taken
- Tap the year and month display, such as "March 2025," in the album

Add/Delete photos
- Click the album button on the right side of the screen
- Click "Add" at the top right
- Select "Delete" from the "◯◯◯" at the top right of the photo
Notes
- Images are sorted by the date and time they were taken
- Image formats that can be saved are jpeg, png, heic, and gif
- Videos cannot be saved
- Up to 500 images per user can be added in one month
- Up to 20 images can be added at one time
- Resized to a maximum of 2MB
- Albums will be deleted when all members leave the calendar
- The image itself is stored in the cloud
- Both thumbnails and detailed images are stored on the device as a cache.
- Photos are resized so they are smaller in size than the original photo.
- Since they are cached, they will be deleted after a certain period of time or when the capacity is reached.
