I want to cancel TimeTree Premium

Please note

• You must cancel the subscription yourself from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Uninstalling the app does not cancel TimeTree Premium.
• Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to the expiration of your subscription plan, before the subscription will  automatically renew

How to Cancel

iOS

1. Open the "App Store" application
2. Tap the person icon in the upper right corner of the screen
3. Tap "Subscription" on the "Account" screen
4. Tap "Cancel Registration" on the "TimeTree Premium" you purchased to cancel your subscription.
   *Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID you used to register for TimeTree Premium

• How to confirm cancellation:
  • If the subscription you are using is "Scheduled to End", your subscription has been canceled.

Android

1. Launch the "Google Play Store" application.
2. Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner
3. Tap "Payments and Subscriptions" -> "Subscriptions
4. Select TimeTree
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" to cancel
   *Make sure you are signed in to the Google account you used to register for TimeTree Premium.

• How to confirm cancellation:
  • If the subscription management screen shows "Canceled on 00/00/00", the subscription has been canceled.
