How to

iOS

1. Open the "App Store" application
2. Tap the person icon in the upper right corner of the screen
3. Tap "Payment and Shipping Address"

1. Open the "Google Play Store" app.
2. Tap the profile icon in the upper right corner
3. Tap "Payments and Subscriptions"
4. Tap "Payment Method"

Change to a different account

1. Please cancel your current contract from the App Store or Google Play Store:
   • Please click here for the cancellation steps
2. After the contract period is over, please re-subscribe from the account you wish to change to.
