I want to check the status of my TimeTree Premium subscription

iOS / Android app

1. Tap the image icon in the upper left corner
2. Tap your profile icon area
3. Check if the message "Subscribed to TimeTree Premium" is displayed

iOS

1. Open "App Store" app
2. Tap the icon of a person at the top right corner
3. Tap your name
4. Select "Subscriptions"
5. Check if TimeTree is listed

• Make sure you are signed in to the Apple ID account you used at the time you subscribed for the TimeTree Premium

1. Open "Google Play" app
2. Tap your icon at the top right corner
3. Select "Payment and subscriptions"
4. Tap "Subscriptions"
5. Check if TimeTree is listed
