By using the “Analytics” feature of your public calendar, you can analyze the current status and trends of the calendars you manage.
※This feature is available only on the web version for Public Calendars with 100 or more followers.
How to
- Click the Analytics icon on the right side of the Public Calendar screen
- On the displayed Analytics page, you can check the numerical data you'd like to review
Information that can be viewed and Display Settings
① Number of Followers
- Displays the breakdown of your current follower count.
- Display settings you can change (click the parameter icon at the top right of the graph)
- Gender
- Age
- Show as numbers or percentages
② Follower Trends
- Displays changes in the number of followers during a specified period.
- Display settings you can change
- Aggregation period (change from the calendar icon at the top right of the graph)
- Gender (change from the parameter icon at the top right of the graph)
③ Impressions Trend
- Displays changes in the number of times calendar events were viewed during a specified period.
- Display settings you can change
- Aggregation period (change from the calendar icon at the top right of the graph)
④ Event Details
- View the number of page views, attention counts, and URL clicks within a specific event during a specified period.
- Display settings you can change'
- Search for a specific event title (you can search using the magnifying glass icon in the upper right corner)
Event Period (you can change this using the calendar icon in the upper right corner)
*Note: The period you can select here is the "date period" for the event, not the data aggregation period. Current data is displayed.
- Display Order (you can change this using the parameter icon in the upper right corner).
- By Date (New/Old)
- By Page Views (High/Low)
- By Likes (High/Low)
- By URL Taps (High/Low)
Exporting CSV Data
- You can export the displayed data as CSV data for "② Follower Trends," "③ Impression Trends," and "④ Event Details."
- This is useful when you want to check detailed figures or create reports.
How to
- Click the calendar icon in the upper right corner of each item and specify the period of data you want to extract.
- Confirm the contents and download the CSV file using the export button in the upper-right corner of each item.
Notes
- Data is aggregated under the following conditions:
- For Number of Followers, data reflects the count at the time the page is displayed.
- For all other figures, data reflects the numbers up to the previous day (updated daily at 1:00 PM JST).
- The maximum aggregation period is up to one year in the past.
- CSV data export will only download results within the specified period.
