How to use
Obtain a code
iOS / Android / Web
- In the Public Calendar, open the details screen for the event whose code you want to obtain
- Select the code icon in the upper-right corner of the screen
※When using the Web version on a smartphone, the code icon is displayed in the middle of the screen - Select “Save image”
The code image will be saved to your device.
View event details from a code
- Scan the code with your smartphone
- Check the event date, time, and details
- Even people who do not use the TimeTree app can view the event details on the Web.
Save an event to your calendar from a code
- Scan the code with your smartphone
- Select “Add this event to your calendar”
- To save the event to your own TimeTree calendar, you need to install the TimeTree app.
Notes
- You can obtain a code in advance even for events scheduled for posting or saved as drafts (Web version only). Once the event is published, its details can be viewed from the code.
- The codes can be obtained not only by public calendar administrators, but also by people viewing the event.
- Saved code images are high-resolution and can be included in printed materials such as posters and flyers.
