- Tap the icon with four squares lined up at the bottom right of the bottom menu
- Tap the profile icon in the center
- Tap the "Pending identity verification" section
- Tap Resend Emailh4 data-id="11"App version below 15.0.0
- Tap the image next to the year/month at the top left
- Tap the profile icon at the top left
- Tap the "Pending identity verification" section
- Tap Resend Email
WEB
- Click the profile icon at the top right
- Click the ⚙ mark at the top right
- Click "Account Settings"
- Click "Resend Email"
If you still do not receive it after resending
- Please check to ensure that your email inbox settings allow emails from domains:
- mail.timetreeapp.com
- timetreeapp.com
- Please note that after making this change, the new settings may take up to 24 hours to take effect.
- Check your spam folder
- The confirmation mail may have been automatically classified as suspicious by your email filters. If this is so, please check to ensure that the email hasn't found its way into your junk folder.
If the issue is not resolved after the above steps
