Please check the following settings
- Enable notifications/reminders from device settings
- "Settings" app -> "Notifications" -> TimeTree is set on
- Battery and Performance settings are disabled for TimeTree
- Please check that your device is not set to "low battery" or "do-not-disturb" mode
- Android: Enable push notifications from the "Sound and Notification" settings

- Tap the icon with four squares lined up at the top right

- Tap “App Settings”
- Check notification settings
- Calendar Settings
- Tap the list icon, the second from the left at the bottom menu
- Select a calendar
- Tap the icon with four squares lined up at the top right
- Set "Notifications" on

- Tap the image icon in the upper left corner
- Tap the settings button in the upper-right corner
- Set "App notifications" to the "ON" position.
- Calendar settings
- Tap the image icon in the upper left corner
- Select a calendar
- Tap the settings button in the upper-right corner
- Set "Notifications" on
- General settings
- If the steps above do not solve the issue, please try and reinstall the app

- HUAWEI and ASUS devices, please also check this page.
- We are not able to guarantee for OPPO devices because of their differences in the Android system
- The web version does not have notifications
