Why my events are not shared?
- The event was created in a different calendar
- Check the calendar list and event details
- Events are not saved in calendars
- Check the event details screen (tap open the event) and check there is no error message
- Re-launch the app to make sure the calendar is updated

Can I export or import events?
- Only importing external calendar events to TimeTree is possible
Is my data backed up?
- By registering your account, your data is backed up
- Is my account registered?
- Tap the image icon in the upper left corner
- If you have already registered an account and logged in, your email address will be under your name.
- If there is no email address, please register by editing the profile
- Tap the profile icon in the upper part of the screen
- Your account has been registered if:
- Your email address is visible
- Facebook account is visible
- or Apple ID is visible

How to delete members?
- Only the admin can delete members. Please check the admin member and contact us if you need assistance.
- Please follow these steps:
- Tap the image icon in the upper left corner
- Choose your intended calendar
- Tap "Settings” on the bottom right corner
- Tap the member list on the top of the screen
- Check your profile name at the top of the member list that it has the crown mark "👑Creator"
- iOS: Swipe the member you would like to be deleted (right→left) / Android: Press and hold the member you would like to remove

How can I share calendars?
- Please send invitations to other members to share calendars
- Please follow these steps:
- Tap the image icon on the upper left corner
- Select the calendar you wish to invite others
- Tap "Settings" on the bottom right corner
- Tap "Invite members"
- Send invitations to other members

Can I change the event color?
- By changing the label, event colors can be changed
- Please follow these steps:
- On the event editing screen select the label option (the color name e.g. [Emeral Green])
- Select the label to change color
- By selecting "Event Label Management" you can also edit label titles, change order and add more colors (label amount (10) cannot be changed)

Can I change the event time zone?
- App Settings:
- Tap the image icon in the top left of the screen
- Tap the [App Settings] button on the top right corner
- Set [Time Zone] option to [Show]
- Event Settings:
- Open the calendar you wish to edit events
- Tap open event
- Tap three dots in the upper right corner
- Select "Edit"
- Tap the time zone title below the time
- Select a new time zone (Search by city name)
- Set the time again to update
- Tap "Save"

Why my widget is black/white?
- Check if the calendar is selected in "All Calendars"
- Tap the image icon in the upper left corner
- Tap the "All Calendars" tab below your profile details
- Tap "Settings" in the bottom right corner
- Check if the calendar you want to display is selected
- If the issue persists, please try the following:
- Delete the widget
- Restart the device
- Add the widget again
Can Public Holidays be edited?
- Set Public Holidays
- Tap the image icon in the top left corner
- Tap the setting button in the top right corner
- Select the "Settings" tab
- Tap "Public Holidays"
- Select holidays
- Import different Public Holidays from external calendars
