1. How do I switch to a new device?
What to do before switching devices
If you register an account, you can transfer your data as the same member after switching devices.
What to do after switching devices
- Install the TimeTree app
- Enter your account information and log in

2. I can't log in, I want to know how to log in again
Did you register an account before logging out?
- If you have not registered an account, you cannot use it as your previous user. You can start using it as a new user and invite yourself as a new user to the calendar members, then you can view the shared calendar as before.
- If you have registered an account, please refer to Logging in to use existing data and follow the login steps.
If you cannot press the login button even though you have entered your email address and password, please try the following methods:
- Enter manually instead of using the device's autofill feature
- Check that there are no spaces at the end of the email address
- Make sure the password is at least 8 characters long
3. I want to change the label color for each member
By naming the label colors, you can set event colors for each member. Also, the "last selected color" will be initially selected on the event creation screen, so you don't have to choose it every time.

4. I want to know how to invite members
- The invitation URL is valid for 7 days from issuance

- Tap the second icon from the left in the bottom menu (list icon)
- Select the shared calendar from the "Calendar List"
- Tap the icon with four squares arranged in the upper right
- Tap "Invite Members"
- Choose the invitation method and send it to the other person
- Once they join, they will appear on the member list screen

- Select the shared calendar from the "Calendar List"

5. How do I show/hide my own birthday?
The green “(Name)’s Birthday” event is automatically reflected from the member’s profile screen.

- Tap “Account Management”
- Tap “Edit Profile”
- Select your birth date
- Toggle display on/off in the calendar
- Tap “Save”

Calendar Profile
iOS / Android
On iOS, to set birthday display on/off per calendar, please enter and save your birth date in the overall profile.
- Tap the second icon from the left on the bottom menu (list icon)
- Select the shared calendar from the “Calendar List”
- Tap the icon with 4 squares arranged in a grid at the top right
- Turn on “Dedicated Profile”
- Toggle “Display on Calendar” on/off
- Tap “Save”
How do I show/hide someone else’s birthday?
- Tap the second icon from the left on the bottom menu (list icon)
- Open the calendar inside “Calendar List” where you want to hide the birthday
- Tap the icon with 4 squares arranged in a grid at the top right
- Turn off “Display birthdays on calendar”
6. Why aren't the other person's events shared?
Possible causes
- Events are registered on a different calendar
- Check on the other person's device whether the event is registered on the same calendar
- Events are not saved properly
- If there is an "!" mark on the event details, edit and save it

7. iOS widget is completely white/black and events are not displayed
Please try the following.
- Delete the widget
- Restart the device
- Re-add the widget
8. I want to change the start of the week to Sunday/Monday

- Tap "App Settings"
- Change "Start of the Week"

9. Can I print?
There is no function to print the calendar on TimeTree.
10. Can I customize the home calendar screen?
You cannot customize the home calendar screen layout, such as the placement of notes or search buttons.
11. Can I change the event time zone?
- App Settings:
- Tap the four-square icon in the bottom right corner
- Tap the [TimeTree Settings] button
- Set [Time Zone] option to [Show]
- Event Settings:
- Open the calendar you wish to edit events in
- Tap open event
- Tap three dots in the upper-right corner
- Select "Edit"
- Tap the time zone title below the time
- Select a new time zone (Search by city name)
- Set the time again to update
- Tap "Save"

12. Can Public Holidays be edited?
- Set Public Holidays
- Tap the four-square icon in the bottom right corner
- Tap the [TimeTree Settings] button
- Tap "Public Holidays"
