How to solve
The "Loading" message is constantly showing please try the following in order and try again:
- Please log out of the calendar: Click the icon on the top right corner ⇒ click on the setting wheel ⇒ choose "Logout". Then log back in.
- Please empty the browser cache and turn off all plug-ins (like ad-block) that might be preventing access to the page
- Open the web calendar in incognito mode.
- If you access your web calendar in incognito mode, security settings and plug-ins in the browser may be affected. If the problem is not solved even with "3", it is possible that web access is restricted by antivirus software.

|404 When adding a member who is no longer part of the shared calendar to an event||Contact the member and invite them again|
|410 When attempting to join a calendar using an invitation that has expired||Contact the calendar admin/creator|
|421 When joining or creating a new calendar when the maximum number of calendars per user has been met||Remove calendars|
|422 When creating a new event when the maximum number of events per calendar has been met||Contact calendar admin/creator or remove events|
|423 When creating a new comment when the maximum number of comments per event has been met||Contact calendar admin/creator or remove comments|
|424 When the calendar you are attempting to join has reached the max number of members||Contact the calendar admin/creator or remove members|
|425 When trying to load and show a calendar you are not part of||Contact the calendar admin/creator|
|431 When creating an event or a comment with the same ID number||Please try to change up the event or comment, and if the error still appears, please contact us|
|491 Application update is required||Please update to the latest version|
|503 Server under maintenance||Please wait a while and then try again|
|601 When your previous action has failed to be uploaded to the TimeTree server||Re-login may be required|
|602 When attempting to upload a file that is not supported by TimeTree||Please try uploading different types of file|
|603 Failed to recognize and upload the image||Please try to upload a different image|
|701 Email address cannot be recognized||Try different email address|
|702 Email/Password does not match or is incorrect||Try a different Email/Password|
|703/705 Email verification has not been completed||Complete your verification|
