- There are two ways to use another calendar.
- If you want to use it only for yourself without sharing, please refer to this page.
You can share external calendars such as the default calendar pre-installed on iPhone or Android, or "Google Calendar" synced with the default calendar, with your shared calendar members.
Notes
- It will also be displayed to those you are sharing the calendar with
- Since it does not update automatically, you need to import every time you update the external calendar
- Even if the event titles are the same between the events imported into TimeTree and the original events, if the event details are different, they will be recognized as separate events and imported as duplicates
- If there are any discrepancies in the events, please delete the event on the TimeTree calendar
- If events are not reflected, please check if they are properly displayed on the default calendar
How to operate
App version 15.0.0 or later
- Tap the list icon, the second from the left at the bottom of the screen
- Select the shared calendar from the "Calendar List"
- Tap the icon with four squares in the top right corner
- Tap "Import events from external calendar"
- If the default calendar is not displayed, please perform the "pre-setup" operation
- You can change the event color by pressing the "●" to the left of the calendar name
App version earlier than 15.0.0
- Tap the image next to the year and month at the top left
- Select the shared calendar from the "Calendar List"
- Tap the icon with four squares in the top right corner
- Tap "Import events from external calendar"
- If the default calendar is not displayed, please perform the "pre-setup" operation
- You can change the event color by pressing the "●" to the left of the calendar name
